In the night, when
Stars dot the black skies
We see the moon reflected
In their eyes

When the sun is out
We go run and hide
For we are the Republic
And nighttime is our pride

-Corruption Correlation-

The vicious Absol snarled at the water starter. The Squirtle leapt in the air, fist glowing in a Mega Punch. Crashing down, he punched the Absol off the mountain with a cruising blow. A blue aura trailed behind him as he jumped after her, then pushing her down to the ground, sending both of them falling, tumbling down the rocks.

"You idiot," a growling voice in the Absol's mind roared. "WORTHLESS!" A great pressure seemed to lift from her shoulders, and Fyre could see clearly again, the disruptive aura vanished from her fur.
"Man," she said quietly, getting to her paws despite her muscles' disagreement. "Didn't have to slam me off a mountain, Jet," she growled lightly. The Squirtle's eyes lightened.
"Fyre! You're back! Y made you pretty messed up in the head."
"Did she now?" Fyre answered, her voice no longer a snarl but a calm drone. "Well then. I guess we have a legendary dragon to fight, hm?"
