"Press 2! When I say go, press. 2," Cheren growled, frustrated. They had been trying to get the same Star Medal for at least 20 minutes. Of course, it was the one where Touko actually had to DO something. Cheren was attempting to jump on Touko's Luigi so his Mario could grab it. But alas, the stubborn brunette wouldn't cooperate.
"I'm pressing 2!" she protested while Luigi bounced up and down.
"I said when I say go."
"Okay, Mr. Bossy."
"1... 2... 3... Go!"
Luigi jumped in the air, and Cheren pressed 2 a millisecond afterwards, making Mario jump on his digital brother's head. Finally, FINALLY, they got the Medal.
"Thank Arceus," he breathed, frustration with Touko fading. "We finally got it."
Touko's face contorted in confusion. "Then why's it still floating?" Cheren looked to see what she was talking about.
He had missed it.
"Put in MarioKart before I throw this Wii Remote at your TV."
